Went for a health check yesterday morning..


And took a blood test..


Ouch..(it hurts a little..but only for a while..)

Waiting for the result now..

(the title of the post is only for gimmick purposes.. ;P nothing dramatic happened while the incident took place..)

I am beginning to enjoy my posting here in Kapit..and it is indeed an honour to serve the people here..

I'm glad and thankful to the Lord Almighty for this opportunity and I am not regretting any moment of it..

Working here is not about working in the office..(if you know what I mean)..
I've learned that it is actually not easy to work in the civil service (like how other non-civil service judge us)..There is nothing like 'goyang kaki' ..as far as I'm experiencing la..Everyday is packed with loads of assignments and meetings..
(bagus juak lah..at least dapat juak aku rasa dirik ku tok berguna ;P )


Other than that, I've got to travel to places that I never thought that I'll go..especially the longhouses..Up to date, I've been to six (6) Iban longhouses (and I never got drunk.. ;P) Traditionally, visiting longhouses is synonym with being forced to drink 'tuak'.. Fortunately, nowadays, they don't force visitors to drink..(or rather unfortunate for me.. haha)

Anyway,..

For this entry, I'll show you a few scenes of my trip (official trip of course ;P) to Nanga Beguang in Song, which is 1 hour boat ride going down stream Kapit.
